PARENTS AND FAMILY WEEKEND
November 8-10, 2024
The Oberlin community invites you and your family to take part in Oberlin's vibrant intellectual and social life while sharing in the excitement of your child's Oberlin experience.
There will be a myriad of events to enjoy such as concerts by the Oberlin Jazz Ensemble, Junior and Senior Recitals, Oberlin Acapella groups; men's basketball; local and campus tours; faculty lectures; visits to the Oberlin Observatory and Planetarium.
A full schedule of events will be posted in early October. Please register by October 30.

Opening Reception
Join the Deans and other College staff members for the kick-off and welcome reception.
LOCATION: Knowlton Athletics Complex, 210 Woodland St.
Saturday, November 9, 9:00am-Noon
Continental Breakfast
Get a cup of coffee or tea, a bagel, muffin before heading out on your day’s adventures.
LOCATION: Wilder Hall, Main Lounge, 135 W. Lorain Street
Sunday, November 10, 9:00am
*Breakfast with President Ambar
Join the 15th president of Oberlin College, Carmen Twillie Ambar, for breakfast.
LOCATION: Philips Gym, Heisman Field House, 200 Woodland St.
*Limited seating, ticket/pre-registration is required to attend the breakfast.
Registration Information:
1st family member/guest - $35
2nd family member/guest - $35
3 or more family members/guest – no additional charge
Oberlin College Student – no charge
Please include your student in meal counts, however, do not include them in your registration fee calculations.
Registration/Packet Pick-up:
When you arrive on campus, please stop at the registration desk in Wilder Main Lounge (135 W. Lorain Street) to check-in and pick up your registration information and breakfast tickets.
