The Oberlin Shansi team is thrilled to announce that we will be holding an in-person Shansi Breakfast at this year’s Commencement and Milestone Reunion Weekend on Sunday, May 25, 2025 from 8:30 am to 10 am in Biggs Commons, Stevenson Dining Hall.

Shansi alumni, friends, new Fellows and their families, and reunion attendees interested in Shansi’s efforts to connect Oberlin and Asia are all welcome.

The Shansi Breakfast connects generations as we introduce our newest cohort of Shansi Fellows to the wider community, welcome alumni to reconnect, and bring you up to date on what Shansi has been up to over the last year. Additionally, we'll have time to tell stories, share a meal, and (of course) enjoy some strawberries and cream.

Please join us on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at 8:30am in Biggs Commons, Stevenson Dining Hall to celebrate Shansi tradition and look to the future as we welcome a new group of Shansi Fellows preparing to head abroad.
