Join fellow Oberlin alumni for an interactive virtual workshop centered on CliftonStrengths, a powerful tool used by organizations worldwide to help individuals identify and apply their natural talents for greater professional success and personal fulfillment.

Whether you’re navigating a career transition, seeking renewed purpose in your work, or simply curious about your innate strengths, this session offers a meaningful opportunity to invest in yourself while reconnecting with the Oberlin community.

Facilitator Profile:
A double-degree alumna, Rebecca Morrow '94 began working at Oberlin College in 2022. In her role as Assistant Dean for Student Success, Morrow is responsible for learning and development, with a particular focus on the Appreciative Education framework for student engagement. As a certified CliftonStrengths coach, she engages in asset-based conversations with employees and students, fully engaging her Top Five CliftonStrengths of Relator, Input, Ideation, Responsibility and Analytical. She also serves as a LEAD instructor and a Winter Term Group Project Sponsor. Beyond campus, she has been a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission since 2016.
