Established in February 1989, the purpose of the WOBC Gift Fund is to generate resources to purchase hardware and software necessary to maintain broadcast and internet engineering standards. The WOBC Gift Fund may be used for emergency expenditures to permit the station to remain on the air or internet, to comply with an FCC order requiring a payment, or for payment of professional fees in order to achieve compliance with federal regulations. Above all, your gift will help WOBC continue to provide Oberlin with 24-7 freeform community radio!
